Age restriction

You must be 18 or over, and of legal age to buy nicotine products where you live, to buy from this shop. We do not sell to minors. Age is confirmed at entry and verified again before dispatch, and an order that cannot be verified is cancelled and refunded in full.

Products

These products contain nicotine, which is addictive. They are intended for adults who already use nicotine. They are not a medicine, not a smoking cessation aid, and we make no health claims about them.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Every price and every stock figure is confirmed by our server when you check out — the price you pay is the price in our database at that moment, not one carried from an old browser tab.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm payment. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you pay, we cancel and refund in full.

Stock

Starting checkout reserves your items for 30 minutes so nobody else can buy the same units while you pay. If you do not complete payment, the reservation is released and the stock returns to sale automatically.

Delivery

See Shipping for destinations, couriers and delivery estimates. Orders over €100.00 qualify for free shipping where available. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

See Returns. Items that are unopened, unused, fully sealed and in their original packaging can be returned; opened items cannot, for hygiene and product integrity reasons. Contact us before sending anything back. Nothing here limits your statutory rights, including your rights in respect of faulty goods.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
